1. Free Shipping only applies to orders over $900 placed online from the Fran's Website on or after August 12, 2009.
2. You must enter Keycode: SHIP900 to recieve this free shipping offer.
3. This free shipping offer can expire at any time.
4. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other ads, discounts or offers.
5. There will be a fuel surcharge of $70 for Motor Freight Orders going to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, ID, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.
6. Free shipping does not apply to international shipments, or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or some U.S. Territories.
7. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include special shipping services such as "Next Day", "Second Day", "In Home Delivery", or similar services.
8. Free shipping applies only to deliveries on the mainland of the U.S. Orders that require ferry service to be delivered must call for a delivery quote prior to ordering. Ferry service charges are not included in the free shipping offer.
9. There is no sales tax collected for out of state (except New Jersey) sales.
